Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of mitustouchai.net and the products sold on it. Consulting and build work is governed by the written proposal or agreement you sign for that engagement, which takes precedence over anything here.
The site
The content on this site, including the demo, guides, and downloads, is provided for information. The demo business shown in the walkthrough is fictional. Results described from my own businesses are real but are not a promise of what any other business will see.
Digital products
- SEO / GEO Scorecard ($25). Delivered by email within two business days of purchase. Because it's produced specifically for your site, it isn't refundable once delivered. If I can't produce it for your site for any reason, you get a full refund.
- Guides and downloads. Free for your own use. Please don't resell or republish them.
Subscriptions
Golden Hour and retainer services bill monthly through Stripe. You can cancel before the next billing date and the service ends at the close of the paid period. No partial-month refunds.
Builds and consulting
Scope, timeline, price, and payment terms are set in your proposal. Work begins once the proposal is accepted and the deposit is received. Changes in scope are quoted before they're built.
Your accounts and data
Where a build connects to your existing services, you remain the owner of those accounts and of your data. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for having the right to connect the accounts you authorize.
Intellectual property
Unless your agreement says otherwise, you own the deliverables built for you once paid in full. I keep ownership of the underlying tools, templates, and methods so I can use them for other clients.
Limits
Services are provided as described, without warranties beyond what your agreement states. To the extent the law allows, Mitus Touch AI LLC's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
Governing law
Tennessee law applies. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Davidson County, Tennessee, unless your agreement says otherwise.
