Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Mitus Touch AI LLC ("Mitus Touch," "I," "we") collects on mitustouchai.net and its related pages, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: I collect what you type into a form so I can reply to you, and I don't sell any of it.

What is collected

• Forms. When you start the intake, request the guide, the habit tracker, or the onboarding packet, or buy a scorecard, I receive what you enter: name, email, phone, company, website, and your answers. This goes into my own client system so I can respond and deliver what you asked for.
• Payments. Purchases run through Stripe. Stripe collects your card details directly under its own privacy policy. I never see your full card number.
• Email. Emails I send you go through Resend and Google. Replies land in my inbox like any other email.
• Site analytics. I use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits and pages without cookies and without building a profile of you.
• Client dashboards. If you're a Golden Hour or content client, your Instagram insights are pulled through Meta's official API with your explicit authorization, stored in your private dashboard, and used only to build your reports. You can revoke that access at any time in your Facebook settings.

How it's used

• To reply to you, send what you requested, and prepare a proposal if you asked for one.
• To run the systems you hired me to build.
• To send the guide series you signed up for. Every email includes a way to stop.

I do not sell, rent, or trade your information. I share it only with the services above that are needed to deliver what you asked for, and with no one else unless the law requires it.

Your choices

• Ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email [email protected] and I'll handle it within a few business days.
• Unsubscribe from any email series using the link in the email or by replying "stop."
• Revoke Instagram or Facebook access from your Meta account settings at any time.

Retention and security

Form submissions are kept while there is an open conversation or active engagement and for a reasonable period afterward for records. Data lives with established providers (Railway, Cloudflare, Stripe, Google, Resend, Meta) using their standard encryption and access controls.

Children

This site is for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the effective date above will move and the change will be noted here.
